Near Budapest, in the friendly atmosphere of Sóskút, we welcome with openness, acceptance, and enthusiasm those girls and women who want to feel better mentally and physically and want to live a full life. The head of our Hungarian foundation has been dedicated to teaching our personal development program for 10 years, and our instructors are highly skilled in both horse riding instruction and supporting people. We already have graduates in Hungary for whom Bridle Up Hope has been life-changing.

You are never alone
I reached a point in my life when I felt I had nothing to show for myself and had failed to achieve the life I wanted. After a while, the thought arose that perhaps my life had no meaning anymore. I had been conditioned to do everything on my own all the time and burden others as little as possible or not at all.
The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People are a very important part for me in the Bridle Up Hope program. My most important realization so far is my instructor's words: “Look to the side, you are not alone in this task! The horse is here with you; feel free to pet him while you are riding. You are doing this together.” This can be difficult for me as a perfectionist, but I have started to delegate tasks and prioritize them appropriately. I feel that I no longer need to push myself to the point of burnout to get recognition from people. With the help of the program, my self-confidence and self-esteem have improved, and my tension and stress have decreased. I’m feeling good about myself. I have always returned home feeling calmer after working with the horse, and the habits have become part of my life after each session.
The path I want to follow is becoming clearer, and that’s what I missed the most. This is a goal that I had forgotten over the years, and through all the hard work.
